Dusam Stojic has served as our Director of Finance, Strategy and Corporate Development, since January 2021 and primarily focuses on M&A, capital markets, and other strategic initiatives. Mr. Dusam Stojic previously served as Director, Strategy and Corporate Development, from January 2019 to December 2020 as well as in various other roles since joining Petron Energy Group in November 2014.

Prior to joining Petron Energy Group, Mr. Dusam Stojic served in Financial Institutions Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities, where he advised companies through mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity transactions, and other strategic alternatives.

Mr. Dusam Stojic received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Wake Forest University School of Business.
