• Each lease bank project will include 20 individual leases.
• Each investor will own an ORRI (overriding royalty Interest) in all wells on 20 individual leases.
• Each investor will receive a recorded assignment for each of the 20 leases.
• Each investor will receive a recorded lien for each of the 20 leases.
• Leases will be purchased from investors based on the Investment amount. Eighty percent (80%) of the Investors principal return will be generated through lease purchases (see above).
• 20% of the investors’ principal return will be generated from the production of the wells.
• The investors’ income will increase as more wells are re­completed for gas/oil production and put online.
